The following information is missing and needed to close out the following violations: <br />Violations 114 & 11S: Submit TSDF copies of the following uniform hazardous waste manifests: 008681048FLE <br />(5/17/2017), 011386939FLE (2/13/2018), 017468623JJK (10/17/2018), and 011392897FLE (12/02/2018). <br />2. Violation 118: Submit copies of consolidated manifest receipts for the disposal of the following hazardous <br />wastes: <br />a. 100 gallons of used oil on 3/22/2017, <br />b. 150 gallons of used oil on 4/27/2018 (the consolidated manifest receipt submitted was from a different <br />date and was not marked with the correct uniform hazardous waste manifest number 017791120JJK), <br />c. 120 gallons of used oil on 6/29/2018. <br />
