Thank you for your response. <br />Since the metal oil filters are drained and recycled, it is misleading for the consolidated manifests to describe the filters <br />as "Non-RCRA Hazardous Waste, Solid (filters containing oil) State Code 223," as seen in the photo attached. Our Crushed and Drained Metal Oil Filters are transported on a Consolidated Manifest. They are being recycled <br />at Yuma Environmental Services. (Y.E.S.). <br />All cleaned up Brake Shavings are being transported and disposed of as Hazardous Waste. Latest Shipment <br />1/20/2020. Manifest # 020381506JJK. <br />The drained Oil Filter Consolidated Manifests do contain the Identification Number for Y.E.S.
