Revised Conditions of Approval <br /> LA-92-0048 <br /> Page 2 <br /> (2) The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than 6, 000 square feet by area <br /> separation walls. <br /> (3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> (4) Provide two 2-hour walls at the proposed property <br /> line. In lieu of this requirement, an Agreement <br /> shall be recorded. <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. <br /> The space(s) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance. (C.C.R. , Title 14) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking <br /> space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space. (C.C.R. , <br /> Title 24) <br />
