IIP-92-12 OF DAN AND PAT VAN <br /> GRONINGEN (DISTRICT 5) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant is requesting a Use Permit for an existing Farm <br /> Equipment and Agricultural Sales Yard. The two acre site with a <br /> residence was recently rezoned to CRC. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above <br /> application and offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. This permit shall be limited to Farm Machinery Sales, <br /> Agricultural Sales of feed and grain, and the existing single <br /> family residence as shown on the site plan. Machinery storage <br /> and/or repair is not allowed. <br /> b. Four parking spaces are required. <br /> C. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must be <br /> paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. <br /> Bumper guards must be provided where necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. (Section 9-3704 [a] ) <br />
