p. The proposed project is located within an expansive soil area where a conventional <br /> foundation may not be suitable. Therefore, an engineer is required to evaluate the <br /> foundation design. <br /> The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> q. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> r. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at <br /> each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> S. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when <br /> any portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed standards <br /> published in Public Work design standards (Sec. 10.203 UFC). The access road must <br /> be fully improved to these standards prior to any final inspections. <br /> 2.
