All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, <br /> cages, and feed areas, shall be maintained free from <br /> litter, garbage, and the excessive accumulation of manure <br /> in order to discourage the proliferation of flies, other <br /> disease vectors, and offensive odors. The premises are <br /> to be maintained in neat and sanitary manner (Section <br /> 9-3234{e} {2}) . <br /> 5. No advertising signs shall be permitted. <br /> 6. The kennel operation shall not cause noise greater than <br /> 65 db Ldn at the property lines. <br /> 7 . A kitchen is permitted in the kennel, but the kennel <br /> shall not be used for human habitation. <br /> 8 . Per Planning Title Section 9-10002 , submit for approval <br /> an Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing the following: <br /> a. Driveway access details (culvert sizes, pavement <br /> width, etc. ) . <br /> b. On-site parking (quantity, dimensions, handicapped <br /> stalls, etc. ) . <br /> C. Type and limits of driveway/parking surface. <br /> d. Existing and proposed utility services, with <br /> distances from property lines, other utilities and <br /> structures clearly shown. <br /> e. Grading and drainage plan, including drainage at <br /> exterior dog run. Additional storm drainage run- <br /> off shall be retained on-site, provisions shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. If a pond is <br /> created to retain additional run-off, capacity <br /> calculations shall be submitted for approval. <br /> f. Structures that are to be removed shall be shown <br /> with dotted lines and labeled "To Be Removed" . <br /> g. Show adjacent land uses. <br />
