SA-91-14 (continued) <br /> DRAFT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, <br /> walkways, or other permanent facilities shall be <br /> landscaped. The following specific standards must be <br /> met: <br /> 1. A minimum of 15% of the net site area shall be <br /> landscaped. <br /> 2 . A minimum 5 foot wide planting strip is required <br /> along adjacent streets. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where crossed by driveways . <br /> b. Twenty-eight (28) parking spaces shall be provided. <br /> C. All parking stalls and driveway directions must be <br /> delineated. <br /> d. A sign may be attached to the wall of the building the <br /> use of which is identified or advertised, and shall not <br /> extend beyond the building wall. <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> f. All parking stalls and driveway directions shall be <br /> delineated. <br />
