SA-91-14 <br /> DRAFT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading, shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval . <br /> 34-03 The frontage improvements for Hacienda Lane and N. <br /> State Route 99 E. Frontage Road shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with standards for one-half of a 50 and 60 <br /> foot right-of-way commercial/industrial roads, <br /> respectively. <br /> 31-02 The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. (The fee currently is ^C per 1 , 000 <br /> gross square foot of building as a classification of ^C <br /> in ^C area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> annually by the Engineering News Record) . <br /> 11-02 Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit <br /> or excavation under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 11-04 Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 22-01 Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 22-03 Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 22-04 Construct a water well under permit and inspection of <br /> the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 34-05 25 ' shall be dedicated from centerline and improved to <br /> County Standards for a 50 ' right-of-way for the parcel <br /> frontage along Hacienda Lane. <br />
