CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> N.T.L. TELEPHONE/TELEGRAPH <br /> SA-91-14 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the approved use shall not be <br /> established nor building permits issued until the applicant has <br /> fulfilled all Conditions of Approval. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Twenty-eight (28) parking spaces shall be provided. <br /> b. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be <br /> paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. <br /> Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. <br /> C. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> d. The only signage allowed shall be a sign attached to the front <br /> of the building. <br /> 1. The area of a sign shall not exceed ten percent of the <br /> area of the wall against which it is located. In no case <br /> shall a sign project more than two (2) feet in height <br /> above the building, and the sign shall not employ <br /> flashing or intermittent illuminations. <br /> e. The maximum number of students allowed is fifty. <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> f. All parking stalls and driveway directions shall be <br /> delineated. <br /> g. The non-residential mobile home shall have current mobile home <br /> permit. <br /> h. An acoustical study shall be prepared. The noise level in <br /> open areas behind the front wall of the building shall not <br /> exceed 65 db Ldn. The interior noise level shall not exceed <br /> 40 db Ldn. These level shall be based on the projected noise <br /> levels for State Route 99 in 2005. <br />
