CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP-87-82 <br /> GEORGE B . LAGORIO <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan , prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer , showing drainage , driveway access details , <br /> on-site parking , and grading , shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . A permit from <br /> the San Joaquin County Flood Control District to drain <br /> into the branch of Lone Tree Creek is required . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Local Health <br /> District or connection to an approved existing <br /> individual domestic water system is required . <br /> 2 . Construction of an individual sewage disposal system <br /> under a Sanitation Permit and inspection by the Local <br /> Health District shall be completed prior to occupancy. <br /> 3 . Drainage into Lone Tree Creek is for storm drainage <br /> only. No pesticides/fertilizers or chemical residue <br /> from operations shall be allowed to drain into the <br /> creek . <br /> BUILDING DIVISION <br /> 1 . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division : <br /> a . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C .A.C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> b. An M-3 (greenhouse) occupancy is permitted in <br /> unlimited area if 60' yards are provided . <br />
