2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material : <br /> a . A grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U .B .C . , Appendix , Chapter 70 , <br /> Section 7006( 1 ) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br /> C . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> d . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> 3 . The construction plan shall indicate the following : <br /> a . Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped . The space( s ) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance . <br /> b . Identification signs for the parking space( s ) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign , shall be provided <br /> at each entrance or be visible from each space . <br /> C. The slope of the parking space(s ) shall not exceed <br /> 1 /4 inch per foot . <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION <br /> 1 . The lights in the greenhouses shall not be of <br /> sufficient intensity to confuse pilots during night <br /> time approaches to the airfield . <br /> 2. The greenhouses shall be constructed of nonreflective <br /> materials . <br /> NOTE : Any modification of the above conditions or <br /> approved plan shall only be by a "Revision of <br /> Approval" application or by the filing <br /> of a new application . <br />
