A percolation test and disposal area <br /> as determined by the percolation test shall be required <br /> for Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for <br /> the percolation tests from the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. (Ordinance Code Section 5-3001, <br /> 5-3003 , and 5-3013) <br /> g. State on the Improvement Plan the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed <br /> for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so <br /> it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage <br /> area. <br /> h. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. (San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> i. The new wells installed shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> issuance of the Grade A Dairy Permit and submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> j . Show on the Improvement Plans the domestic house well on <br /> the adjacent property to the north of this dairy and <br /> provide a 50 foot minimum distance between corrals and <br /> the well. <br /> \ 4 BUILDING DIVISION ' . <br /> a. The following Uniform Building code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and <br /> shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division. <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than 20' from a property line <br /> shall be of one-hour, fire-resistive construction. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements.
