The number of dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an <br /> amount which would preclude good waste management <br /> practices. Applicant is to contact the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding filing a <br /> Waste Management Report to be approved by Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and the <br /> Environmental Health Division. State on your Waste <br /> Management Report how you will retain and utilize all <br /> dairy animal wastes on site so as not to cause or create <br /> a nuisance or health problem.
