The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division : <br /> 1 . Provide handicapped access to office . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material : <br /> 1 . A grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U.B . C. , Appendix , Chapter 70 , <br /> Section 7006(d ) . <br /> 2 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br /> 3 . Grading in excess of 5 ,000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> 4 . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> 5 . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a foundation inspector . <br /> 6 . All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments . <br /> c. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the <br /> following : <br /> 1 . Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped . The space (s ) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.A. C. , <br /> Title 24 ) . <br />
