The operations for this site shall be managed so to <br /> prevent a public nuisance as defined by Health and <br /> Safety Code , Div . 3 , Chapter 5 , Art . 1 , Sec. 2200 (e ) <br /> ( 1 ) (A. ) <br /> 5 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. The front parking area and a thirty foot wide driveway <br /> extending to the storm drainage pond shall be paved <br /> with two and one—half ( 2 1 / 2) inches of asphaltic <br /> concrete over six ( 6 ) inches of rock base . The storage <br /> stalls shall be four (4 ) inches of compacted gravel <br /> surface to be maintained with oil to control dust . <br /> b. No storage , parking , or maneuvering is allowed on the <br /> area designated as undeveloped . <br /> C. A ten ( 10) foot wide planter is required along the <br /> frontage of Newton Road . <br /> d . Landscaping adequate to screen the view of the storage <br /> area from the road is required . <br />
