Identification signs for the parking space (s ) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign , shall be provided <br /> at each entrance or be visible from each space <br /> (C .A. C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> 3 . The slope of the parking space(s ) shall not exceed <br /> 1/4 inch per foot (C .A. C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> d . Existing elevation certification is required with all <br /> permit applications for structures located within the <br /> 100 year flood zone . <br /> 4 . SAN JOAQUIN MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT <br /> a. The current plan shows a road pad with a width of 5 " <br /> around the circumference of the storm drainage pond . <br /> This will not allow for access by vector control <br /> vehicles . A road pad of at least 10" will be required <br /> on the North and West sides . The gate specifications <br /> are adequate . <br /> b . The storm drainage pond must be maintained weed free <br /> for vector prevention. A complete vegetation <br /> management program should be considered by the owner . <br /> C. The operations for this site shall be managed so to <br /> prevent a public nuisance as defined by Health and <br /> Safety Code , Div . 3 , Chapter 5 , Art . 1 , Sec. 2200 (e ) <br /> ( 1 ) (A. ) <br /> 5 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. The front parking area and a thirty foot wide driveway <br /> extending to the storm drainage pond shall be paved <br /> with two and oneāhalf ( 2 1 / 2) inches of asphaltic <br /> concrete over six ( 6 ) inches of rock base . The storage <br /> stalls shall be four (4 ) inches of compacted gravel <br /> surface to be maintained with oil to control dust . <br /> b. No storage , parking , or maneuvering is allowed on the <br /> area designated as undeveloped . <br /> C. A ten ( 10) foot wide planter is required along the <br /> frontage of Newton Road . <br /> d . Landscaping adequate to screen the view of the storage <br /> area from the road is required . <br />
