Used oil from the old transformers <br /> is the source of the majority of this waste stream. B176 generated 1,438 lbs. of CWC 223 <br /> waste and B517 generated 2,230 lbs. of CWC 223 waste from large non-PCB capacitors. <br /> SOURCE REDUCTION/POLLUTION PREVENTION EVALUATION <br /> Description of Measure: <br /> Additional transformers will be replaced with the more efficient models, based on <br /> mission need basis.
