Soil pH analysis was performed on two soil samples with a pH value of 8.4 reported for both samples.
Total metals were not reported above their respective California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22
TTLC values. Chromium was reported in three of the soil samples analyzed for CAM 17 metals at a
level exceeding ten times the CCR Title 22 STLC of 5.0 milligrams per liter (mg/1) for chromium. Soil
samples HAI-0 and DP5-0 each had a reported total chromium concentrations of 52 mg/kg and soil
sample HAM had a reported total chromium concentration of 54 mg/kg. The samples in which total
chromium exceeded ten times the STLC for chromium (HAI-0, HAM, and DP5-0) were reanalyzed
using the WET method. The reported soluble chromium values for samples HAI-0, HAM, and DP5-0
were 0.28 mg/1, 0.09 mg/l, and 0.21 mg/l respectively, which are below the STLC value for chromium of
5.0 mg/l
The soil sample analytical results are summarized on Tables 1 and 2.
Project No S8475-06-70 -9- July 9,2003
