I20 September 2002 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 97-0343 <br /> Page 4 of 7 <br /> County of San Joaquin benchmark to determine the elevation of the casing head Procedures for well <br /> completion and development and survey are presented in Sections 4 3 and 4 4 , respectively <br /> I3 4 GROUND WATER SAMPLE COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS <br /> Ground water monitoring and sampling activities for the newly installed ground water monitoring <br /> well will be conducted on a quarterly basis unless an alternate schedule or suspension of monitoring <br /> is approved by the EHD Ground water monitoring activities will include recording the depth to <br /> I ground water and collecting ground water samples, ground water sample collection procedures are <br /> described in Section 4 6 3 <br /> Ground water samples will be analyzed by a State of California Department of Health Services <br /> (DHS)-certified laboratory for the following constituents <br /> • EPA Method 8015 Modified/5030 for TPH-g and TPH-d, <br /> • EPA Method 8260 for BTEX, <br /> • EPA Method 8260 Modified for Fuel additives DIPE, ETBE, MTBE, TAME, TBA, <br /> 1,2-DCA and EDB <br /> 3 5 PREPARATION OF REPORT OF FINDINGS <br /> Following each quarterly ground water monitoring event, a quarterly report will be prepared <br /> presenting the findings The quarterly reports will include a description of work performed and the <br /> results of the soil/groundwater sampling and analysis Laboratory reports for ground water analyses, <br /> testing methods, laboratory quality assurance/quality control(QA/QC)reports,and sample chain of <br /> custody documentation will be presented in a quarterly report Conclusions and recommendations <br /> will also be included in the reports, if applicable The report will be in a format acceptable to the <br /> EHD and the CVRWQCB guidelines, and will be reviewed and signed by a California Registered <br /> Geologist <br /> 4.0.
