All information gathered during the study by Kleinfelder is considered confidential and will be released only upon written authorization from the client or as required by law. California law requires a person to inform the state if a situation is encountered that can be considered an immediate endangerment to the public's health or welfare and/or to the environment. Therefore, the client will be contractually bound to make any said disclosures in lieu of Kleinfelder, its owners, principals, employees or subcontractors. PROJECT SCHEDULE The proposed scope of work would be performed in accordance with the following approximate schedule. Kleinfelder selects reputable subcontractors, but does not have full control over the time required by said companies. ASSUMPTIONS AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES The proposed scope of services and estimated budget are based on the following: • The cover letter (attached) is an integral part of this proposal. • HCB will assist Kleinfelder in obtaining access to the site and owner authorization for the proposed sampling. • Adequate work space and access will be provided. Kleinfelder will attempt to advance soil push probes and collect samples at the proposed locations.
