In the event we need to be serviced, World Oil will be called. <br /> 2. Violation #115—Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid <br /> batteries for 3 years. <br /> Bill of ladings attached (Exhibit 11). As per our conversation, lead acid batteries are bought <br /> and sold as a commodity based by weight. <br /> 3. Violation 301-Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste <br /> Previously provided-The observed crane leak was scheduled for service. Had an outside <br /> vendor come onsite on 7/28/2020 to repair leak. (Please refer to attached photo from <br /> previous response Exhibit 5) <br /> Additional photo provided of clean up (Exhibits 12, 13, 14,and 15) <br /> 4. Violation 601- Stored Hazardous Waste onsite greater than 180 days <br /> 4 black 55-gallon steel drums containing oily debris(full) shipped out 8/13/2020 (manifest <br /> provided#021985589JJK-Exhibit 16) <br /> 1 red 55-gallon steel drum labelled "halogenated oil"was shipped out 08/14/2020 (manifest <br /> provided#018235861 JJK—Exhibit 17) <br /> 5.
