Provide copies of battery core bill of lading records <br /> from the past 3 years and corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD <br /> This is an item we are asking for a short extension to complete. <br /> 6. (Q301) Facility not maintained to minimize the rea/ease of a hazardous waste. <br /> Observed the crane used to bundle metal in the ferrous section had an oil leak. <br /> Immediately fix the crane and clean oil. Manage the waste according to Title 22 CCR <br /> for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) describing storage and <br /> final disposition of the leaned up waste. <br /> The observed crane leak was scheduled for service. Had an outside vendor come onsite on <br /> 7/28/2020 to repair leak. (Exhibit 5) <br /> 7. (Q303)Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or <br /> decontamination equipment. Immediately refill the emergency eyewash station, bring <br /> the "witch hat"into proper working order by repair, replacement or testing, and clean <br /> the secondary containment unit. <br /> The observed eyewash station located in the nonferrous side and the storm drain with torn <br /> "witch hat" (strainer) has been corrected. Secondary containment at compactor, has been <br /> cleaned as well. Please see attached photo (Exhibits 2, 6, and 7) <br /> 8. (Q601) Stored Hazardous Waste onsite greater than 180 days Immediately dispose of <br /> the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in compliance with Title 22 <br /> CCR <br /> Hazwaste solids is scheduled to be picked up by August 14, 2020. Hot oil pick-up is <br /> scheduled to be picked up on August 21St 2020. <br />
