As the design is finalized and specifications and <br /> working drawings are prepared, your office may consult with <br /> I us on unanticipated problems or questions . Upon request, <br /> ' our firm can provide guide specifications for items pertaining <br /> to our report. We recommend that a review copy of the foundation <br /> and grading plans and specifications be provided to our firm <br /> prior to issuance of these documents for bidding purposes . <br /> �d This report is based on the assumption that an adequate <br /> program of inspections and tests will be performed during <br /> construction to verify construction compliance with these <br /> J <br /> recommendations . These tests and inspections would be addi- <br /> tional services provided by our firm. The costs for these <br /> services are not included in our present fee arrangements . <br /> The recommended tests and inspections include, but are not <br /> necessarily limited to, the following: <br /> 1 .
