This determination is based <br /> on the assumption that the samples that were analyzed were <br /> representative of the waste as a whole. Therefore, there should <br /> be no problem with your plans to mix the fly ash with sand to be <br /> used for construction purposes, provided that the fly ash does <br /> not change appreciably in chemical make up.
