SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> OX-86-5 <br /> Frank & Helen Alegre <br /> 1 . Permitted Accessory Uses : Permitted accessory uses shall be <br /> limited to a sand screening plant and a truck scale . <br /> 1 <br /> 2 . Stockpiling : All stockpiles of sand shall be located at <br /> least twenty-five ( 25 ) feet from all property lines . No <br /> stockpiles of sand shall create an obstruction to the passage <br /> of flood flows or increase the velocity or elevation of water <br /> within the floodway. <br /> 3 . Private RoaCs : The haul road shall be maintained so as to <br /> con::rol the creationof dust . Prior to the commencement of <br /> operations, the first one hundred ( 100 ) feet of the haul road <br /> measured from Mossdale Road shall be surfaced in the manner <br /> approved and inspected by the Department of Public Works . <br /> 4 . Erosion Control : Prior to the commencement of operations , <br /> the applicant shall obtain the approval of the Soil <br /> Conservation Service ( SCS ) for an erosion control plan . A <br /> copy of the plan shall be submitted to the Planning Division . <br /> 5 . Noise , Vibration , Dust , and Unsightliness : The operating <br /> practices utilized shall minimize noise , vibration , dust , and <br /> unsightliness . <br /> 6 . Hours. of Operation : Except during periods of declared <br /> National , State , or County emergency, daily operations shall <br /> be restricted to the period between six ( 6) a. m. and eight <br /> ( 8 ) p . m. of the seasonal time standard then in effect . <br /> 7 . Lightincr: The applicant shall not allow any lighting <br /> established on the project site to illuminate Mossdale Road, <br /> Interstate Route I-5 , or the Oakwood Lake area. <br /> 8 . Emissior:s : Prior to the commencement of operations , the <br /> applicant shall obtain all permits applicable under the rules <br /> and regulations of the San Joaquin County Air Pollution <br /> Control District . <br /> 9 . Weed Control : Prior to the commencement of operations , the <br /> applicant shall obtain approval by the Agriculture <br /> Commissioner of a noxious weed ,,control plann. <br /> 10 . Health Considerations : Excavation operations shall not cause <br /> health or sanitary problems to develop. <br /> 11 . Setbacks : Excavation shall be restricted to the area <br /> designated on the approved site plan and shall be restricted <br /> further by the conditions of approval of the permit . <br /> Development Requirements - 1 - (QX-86-5 ) <br />
