(District 1) <br /> APPLICANT: San Joaquin County Neighborhood Preservation <br /> APN: 175-160-27 , 28, & 31 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 12 feet NGVD. <br /> Mourfield Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 50 'feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> 1. If a new driveway will be constructed within right-of-way, <br /> the new driveway shall constructed in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207, San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, F-lc, & R-17 and the <br /> French Camp-McKinley Fire District prior to issuance of the <br /> occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 2 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 3 . Public Services of water, sewer, & storm drainage shall be <br /> required. (Development Title Section 9-836. 5) <br /> 4 .
