COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENT <br /> DC-93-1 <br /> 5 . The frontage improvements for Mourfield Avenue shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> a 50-foot right-of-way local residential street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to issue the building <br /> permit. (A $260. 00 fee currently is required for processing <br /> per Development Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to a copy of <br /> the Grant Deed, recording fee, and an estimate. The estimate <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works <br /> Department and submitted to the Public Works Department for <br /> approval. As an option the Department of Public Works will <br /> prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $115 . 00 . ) (Development Title Section 9-1150 . 2) <br /> 6 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $1, 999 . 00 <br /> per multi-family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 7 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. , The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $1, 142 . 76 for the first unit and $342 . 83 per each additional <br /> unit. If there is no building permit required, the fee will be <br /> exempt. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 <br /> of each year at the rate of 6. 9 percent.
