This will be done by <br /> contacting Underground Service Alert (USA) at least 48 <br /> hours in advance of subcontractor arrival, to mark the <br /> location by use of appropriate device, such as a flux- <br /> gate magnetometer, to locate ferrometallic underground <br /> lines. <br /> Drill equipment operators and helpers in proximity to <br /> the drilling equipment will wear a full complement of <br /> protective gear.
