Nonpotable <br /> and potable water outlets shall be physically separated so <br /> r <br /> as to minimize confusion and possible cross contamination. <br /> 4.11 EMERGENCY CONTINGENCY AND RESPONSE <br /> The Health and Safety plan has been estab-lished to allow site <br /> operations to be conducted in a manner to minimize hazardsto <br /> employee health and safety. This Emergency Contingency <br /> and <br /> Response (ECR) section has been developed to cover extraordinary <br /> conditions that might occur at the site. <br /> All accidents and unusual events will be dealt with in a manner <br /> to minimize health risk to site workers and the surrounding <br /> community.
