This Emergency Contingency <br /> and <br /> Response (ECR) section has been developed to cover extraordinary <br /> conditions that might occur at the site. <br /> All accidents and unusual events will be dealt with in a manner <br /> to minimize health risk to site workers and the surrounding <br /> community.
