Samples will be transported in a refrigerated ice chest <br /> with appropriate chain of custody forms. Upon arrival to the <br /> laboratory the samples' condition will be checked and any <br /> unconformaties will be noted on the chain of custody forms. <br /> Copies of signed laboratory reports will be presented in the <br /> subsequent PROBLEM ASSESSMENT REPORT. <br /> 3-7 <br />
