Y <br /> The ground surface and top of each monitoring well casing will be <br /> surveyed to the nearest 0.01 foot and related to a suitable bench <br /> mark. Survey measurements for all well casings will be made from <br /> the north aide of the casing. The survey data will be used to <br /> calculate well elevations, groundwater levels, and produce a <br /> groundwater contour map. <br /> 3. 6 QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL <br /> Investigative procedures will conform to IT Corporation QA/QC <br /> guidelines. <br /> California Registered Geologist Dennis P. Dunn will have <br /> technical responsibility for all work. The drilling contractor <br /> will have a C-57 Water Well Driller contractors License. <br /> Laboratory analyses will be performed by IT Analytical Services <br /> in San Jose, California (California Certificate ##137) . <br /> 3.7 PRESENTATION OF RESULTS <br /> At the conclusion of the field work, IT will prepare a PROBLEM <br /> J <br /> ASSESSMENT REPORT which will be a summary of all activities, <br /> procedures, findings, and interpretations on the site. The <br /> PROBLEM ASSESSMENT REPORT will include, at a minimum, the <br /> following: <br /> - Site history <br /> - Location map <br /> - Site plan <br /> - Soil boring logs <br />`�. - Monitoring well construction diagrams <br /> - Signed laboratory reports <br /> - Groundwater measurements <br /> - Quality Asstrrance/Quality Control <br /> - Health & safety plan <br /> Geologic cross section(s) <br /> - Findings <br /> - conclusions <br /> - Recommendations <br /> 3-8 <br />
