TT shall maintain the employee medical records for the duration of the employee's <br /> employment plus 30 years thereafter. If, for whatever reason, IT no longer does business and <br /> no successor exists, IT will notify the Director of NIOSH in writing three months prior to the <br /> disposal of records. If so directed, the records shall be transferred to the Director of NIOSH. <br /> Incident Recording <br /> An incident that occurs as a result of rendering emergency medical care will be recorded on <br /> the OSHA 200 log as OSHA defines work-related injuries and illnesses.
