The following items should be addressed in a revised workplan, <br /> or addendum to the existing workplan following guidance set forth by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and recommendations by the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District. <br /> ,/I. Clarify the rationale used to determine placement of soil bDrings for defining <br /> lateral and vertical extent of contamination. <br /> 2. In addition, provide the location of nearby septic tanks, leachfields, buildings, <br /> and underground public utility lines (including water, sanitary sewer and storm <br /> sewer) . <br /> 3. Include a site specific Health and Safety Plan. <br /> 4. Include the layout of the former product pipelines on the site map. <br /> P-,5. The proposed work does not address the xylene contamination reported in soil samples <br /> from borings drilled on December 1, 1988, relating to the closure in place requested � <br /> for the two diesel UGST' s. <br /> 6. Present the laboratory results in a table format for all soil and groundwater <br /> samples analyzed for this site. The laboratory result of water sample =.FC-' :W <br /> collected on December C, 1988 has not been submitted to this office. <br /> 7. Provide a letter of authorization from B and F Drilling authorizing American <br /> Environmental to act as an agent in signing necessary permits. <br /> 8.
