ACT
AERO TURBINE
3355 FOSTORIA WAY, SAN RAMON, CA. 94583 (415)866-1112
November 17, 1987
San Joaquin County
County Public Works Department
1810 E. Hazelton Ave .
Stockton , CA 95285
Attn : Tom Gau
Dear Mr . Gau ,
I recently received a letter from Howard Seligman with regard to
our proposed project adjacent to the Stockton airport . Howard's letter
asked for the answer to nine questions you have presented to him. I
will try, to the best of my ability, to answer those questions within
this letter .
1 . The number of acres that will be removed from the
Williamson Act?
Our initial request is to have ten ( 10) acres removed
from the Williamson Act immediately. At this time , we have no way of
knowing how much more land we will need or when we will
need it .
3. The number of acres for the initial project?
Our initial project will require ten ( 10) acres of land.
Two (2) acres will be under roof . The balance of eight
(8) acres will be used for automobile parking, outside
storage , aircraft ramp parking, and a portion will be
