We have also <br /> reviewed the Navy's Responses to State Regulatory Agencies' Comments on the draft FOSET. We find <br /> that this redline version of the FOSET incorporates changes based on our comments, including the <br /> Navy's responses. We concur that the Navy's responses and the resultant revisions adequately address <br /> the Board's concerns.
