We have heard <br />nothing since. It was our understanding that you intended to begin the investi- <br />gation in early spring, as soon as the area dried out. <br />Considering the nature of the materials which may have been disposed of on the <br />island, we are very concerned about the quality of the underlying ground water. <br />Please submit, by 8 July 1986, a summary of work done to date, and your plans <br />and time schedule to quickly complete this investigation. <br />If you have any questions, <br />ANTON.- K.
