H. K1einfelder U" <br />Associates and was delivered to Hr. John Papatsiaki s of your staff on 11 <br />September 1985. Mr. Papathaki s also attended a meeting on 17 Septen ,er 19,5 <br />at NAVCOFIMSTA Stockton to discuss 'the workplan. toe request t'�at your cocmmen is <br />on tile plan be forwarded to this Command as soon as possible. The -work plan <br />will be the basis of our negotiations with the contractor for inplel'lentation <br />of ti'Ie field work specified in the plan.
