A copy of the inspection report is enclosed. <br />On 9 January 1984, you were advised by Naval Communication Station, Stockton <br />that additional soil sampling would be required at the "Pig Pen" area east of <br />Building 214. Mr. Morgan Luoma of GSA met with Charles McLaughlin of my <br />staff on 10 February 1984 to discuss the requirements for a sampling plan. The <br />due date of this plan was 31 March 1984.
