Section 265.55 - GSA failed to designate a qualified emergency <br />coordinator as required. <br />VII. Discussion with Management <br />An exit interview was conducted with Mr. Corona and Mr. Jerrold Tuttle. <br />Violations noted were discussed. Mr. Corona was advised that State <br />statutes and regulations took precedence over Federal statutes and regu- <br />lations. He requested copies of the State statutes and regulations and <br />the inspection report. Also discussed were two previously reported spills. <br />One involved an adhesive kit, the second involved two (2) 55 -gallon drums <br />of tetrachloroethylene.
