Lang Huey, EFA-West,will send a copy of the Installation Restoration schedule to Kim <br /> Schwab, Regional Water Quality Control Board(RWQCB). <br /> 2. The next meeting of the Restoration Advisory Board(RAB)will be held at 6 p.m., <br /> Thursday, 18 November 1999 at Bldg. 317A,the Reserve Center office at 305 Fyffe <br /> Avenue. <br /> 3. Brad Beeman,Navy Co-chair, and Ms. Huey will coordinate presentations on the <br /> following agenda items for the November RAB meeting: 1)the landfill report, 2)the <br /> status of transfer and progress on Phase II, and 3)the Pistol Range Work Plan. <br /> MEETING SUMMARY <br /> I. POTLUCK, SITE TOUR, & INTRODUCTORY STATEMENTS <br /> Following a potluck on the grassy area beside Building 17 and a brief tour of fire burn area and <br /> other sites on the station from 6:00 to 7:20 p.m., Brad Beeman,Navy Co-chair, reconvened the <br /> meeting at 7:25 p.m. He announced that there would be an agenda change:the Remedial Project <br /> Manager(RPM)Meeting synopsis would be presented first. <br /> II. SYNOPSIS OF THE REMEDIAL PROJECT MANAGER(RPM) <br /> MEETINGS SINCE THE MAY RAB MEETING <br /> James Austreng, Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) summarized the last RPM <br /> meeting.
