Within 48 <br /> hours of being provided a signed copy of the report, the owner or operator shall provide a description of each <br /> corrective action taken or to be taken and shall sign and date the report, acknowledging the identified compliance <br /> issues. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure all designated operator inspection reports are completed and signed within the <br /> required time frame in the future. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 307 CCR 2631(g), 2632(c) Monitoring system of the interstitial space of a double walled system not maintained. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 87 annular sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested and, therefore, <br /> the tank is not monitored. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system connected to an <br /> audible and visual alarm system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection. A"UST Retrofit Verification <br /> with Inspector Already Onsite"form has been completed and provided to the operator and contractor. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 308 CCR 2632(c), 2634(d), 2636(f) Failed to maintain a continuous monitoring system that activates an audible and <br /> visual alarm. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 91 and diesel STP sump sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to <br /> ensure continuous monitoring of the tank system. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or <br /> stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection.
