A J OA U I Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> UNITED#5447 1 1469 E HAMMER LN, STOCKTON August 11, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in the 91 and diesel STP sumps. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed less than a halve gallon of liquid from the 91 and diesel <br /> STP sumps. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 318 CCR 2666(c), 2643(c)(1) Leak detector failed to detect a 3.0 gallons per hour leak at 10 pounds per square inch. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 87 and diesel VMI line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician adjusted the leak detector, retested it, and it passed. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 9/10/2020 . <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign.
