The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for BRANNON TIRE- CLAREMONT as of March 13, 2020. Open violations from January 27, 2020 inspection records on former employees for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. Personnel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the same company. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training topics, date of training,job title, name of employee, and employee signed (or certified) record that documents the training. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #122 -Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. OBSERVATION: This business did not provide a written response to the inspection report dated 8/12/2015 within 30 days. The written response was due by 9/11/2015 and was not received until 10/15/2015. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The operator of the site or facility which receives an inspection report shall submit a written response to the department or the local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 25180 within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report, or within a shorter time as the department or the local officer or agency may reasonably require, which shall include a statement documenting corrective actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator, for purposes of compliance with this chapter, or disputing the existence of the violation. The local agency, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, requires response within 30 days.
