The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for BRANNON TIRE- CLAREMONT as of March 13, 2020. <br /> Open violations from January 27, 2020 inspection <br /> records on former employees for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. <br /> Personnel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the same company. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the <br /> time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training <br /> topics, date of training,job title, name of employee, and employee signed (or certified) record that documents the <br /> training. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #122 -Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> OBSERVATION: This business did not provide a written response to the inspection report dated 8/12/2015 within 30 <br /> days. The written response was due by 9/11/2015 and was not received until 10/15/2015. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The operator of the site or facility which receives an inspection report shall submit a <br /> written response to the department or the local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to <br /> subdivision (a) of Section 25180 within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report, or within a shorter time as the <br /> department or the local officer or agency may reasonably require, which shall include a statement documenting <br /> corrective actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator, for <br /> purposes of compliance with this chapter, or disputing the existence of the violation.
