TDPI shall provide evidence of compliance with the insurance requirements listed above by providing a certificate of insurance or a self administered claims letter, in a form satisfactory to the City, no later than five (5) days after the execution of this Agreement. Substitute Certificates. No later than thirty (30) days prior to the policy expiration date of any insurance policy required by this Agreement, TDPI shall provide a substitute certificate ofinsurance. Owner (including its elected officials, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers) shall be named as an additional"insured." For any claims related to this Agreement, TDPI's coverage shall be primary insurance with respect to Owner. Any insurance maintained by Owner shall be excess of the TDPI's insurance and shall not contribute with it. Maintenance of insurance by TDPI as specified in this Agreement shall in no way be interpreted as relieving TDPI of any responsibility whatsoever (including indemnity obligations under this Agreement), and TDPI may carry, at its own expense, such additional insurance as it deems necessary. TDPI may satisfy the above listed insurance requirements as to TDPI through its self- administered claims program. TDPI shall require contractors who perform the Work under this Agreement to maintain liability insurance coverage of the types and levels listed above, and with the above listed endorsements naming Owner as an additional insured, all as set forth above. 7. LIENS TDPI shall discharge at once or bond or otherwise secure against all liens and attachments that are filed in connection with the Work, and shall indemnify and save Owner and the Property harmless from and against any and all loss, damage, injury, liability and claims thereof resulting directly from such liens and attachments. 8. NOTICES Any notices required to be made under this Agreement shall be made in writing to the address of the appropriate party as set forth below. All such notices shall be deemed to have been duly given and received upon mailing, delivery by courier or personal delivery service. Parties may alter or modify their notice address by delivery of written notice pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. To TDPI: Mr. M.
