REPORTS <br /> Each party shall promptly provide the other with copies of all final reports, laboratory test <br /> results, and other communications submitted to a government agency regarding any environmental <br /> investigation performed on the Property. <br /> 10. APPLICABLE LAW <br /> This Agreement shall be interpreted, and any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved, <br /> in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California, without reference to choice of <br /> law rules. <br /> 11. COUNTERPARTS <br /> This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, all of which together shall constitute one <br /> and the same agreement. <br /> 12. NO ADMISSION OF LIABILITY <br /> The parties acknowledge and agree that neither this Agreement, nor the act of entering <br /> into it or any act or omission pursuant hereto shall be construed as an admission of any nature. <br /> 13. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS <br /> Throughout the term of this Agreement, TDPI and Owner shall at all times comply fully <br /> with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of any governmental agency having <br /> jurisdiction over the Property. <br /> 14. BINDING EFFECT <br /> This Agreement shall binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their <br /> respective heirs, successors and assigns.
