A statement of qualifications <br /> and responsibilities for each team member is provided below. <br /> The Project Manager is Shannon Sadler. Mr. Sadler is a Soil <br /> Scientist with 9 years experience in the soil science field. His most <br /> recent two years of experience are in the environmental <br /> management field. He has carried out several soil and groundwater <br /> investigations. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy <br /> with Specialization in Soil Science, and a Master of Science degree in <br /> International Agricultural Development with Specialization in Soil <br /> Science. Mr. Sadler is responsible for project design, scheduling and <br /> implementation of field work activities, interpretation of field and <br /> analytical data, and regulatory report preparation. In addition, he <br /> will a.:t as Field Safety Officer on the work site. <br /> The Project Reviewer is John Prall. Mr. Prall is a Registered <br /> Geologist in California with over 14 years of professional experience <br /> in engineering geology, mining geology and geohydrology. He has <br /> carried out numerous site investigations. He holds both a Bachelor of <br /> Science and a Master of Science degree in Geology. Mr. Prall is <br /> responsible for quality control review of project design, field work, <br /> and regulatory reporting. <br /> The Principal-in-Charge is Daniel Hinrichs. Mr. Hinrichs is <br /> registered in the State of California both as a Civil Engineer and an <br /> Agricultural Engineer. He has performed numerous hazardous <br /> waste investigations. Mr. Hinrichs holds a Bachelor of Science <br /> degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in <br /> Environmental Health Engineering. Mr. Hinrichs has overall <br /> responsibility for project success and acts as advisor to the Project <br /> Manager and Project Reviewer. <br /> 2-9 <br />
