Development Committee -3- <br /> GX-94-3 <br /> j . A written notification of work schedules and an <br /> Improvement Plan shall be provided to the County by the <br /> applicant prior to any grading or excavation. The <br /> Improvement Plan shall reflect all of the adopted <br /> Conditions of Approval. One (1) copy of the Improvement <br /> Plan shall be submitted to the Development Services <br /> Division for distribution to the involved County <br /> departments. A plan check fee will be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1410. 3 [j ] ) <br /> k. The Improvement Plan shall include the following: the <br /> proposed pipeline (including elevations and cross <br /> section) on the south side of the property, the existing <br /> drainage canal on the west side of the property, and all <br /> existing structures (with surrounding slopes and <br /> setbacks) . <br /> 1. At the completion of the grading, the applicant shall <br /> have a registered civil engineer or licensed land <br /> surveyor compare the excavation's final elevations with <br /> the approved permit. The engineer or surveyor shall <br /> submit a certified, written finding to the Development <br /> Services Division which states and documents the <br /> compliance or non-compliance of the excavation with all <br /> of the conditions of the approved permit. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1410. 3 [k] ) <br /> M. During the excavation, the topsoil shall be set aside. <br /> Upon completion of excavation, the topsoil shall be <br /> replaced and the site leveled in conformance with the <br /> approved Grading Plan. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1410. 3 [g] ) <br /> n. Excavated material shall be stockpiled on the site and <br /> may not be removed from the site until acceptance of the <br /> Certification of Compliance by the Director. Excavated <br /> material shall be stockpiled and set back at least <br /> twenty-five (25) feet from any property line or road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Sections 9-1410. 3 [g] <br /> and [m] [1] ) <br />
