IIP-92-27 OF RICHARD ROBERTS (C/0 <br /> BENETO/LAASON) (FORMERLY SA-92-45) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This project is a 10-acre trucking terminal for eight trucks on a <br /> 24-acre parcel located at the northeast corner of Roth Road and <br /> Harlan Road, in French Camp. The existing 6, 600 square foot <br /> office building, formerly Stuarts Nursery, will be used as a <br /> dispatch office. The existing 5, 000 square foot shop will be <br /> used for the maintenance of his own trucks. Water, sewage <br /> disposal and drainage will be provided by the existing on-site <br /> well, septic system and retention pond. One 15 , 000 gallon fuel <br /> tank is proposed. A gravel surface is proposed for the truck <br /> parking area. The site is zoned M-1. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance <br /> of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire IS months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. All parking and maneuvering areas shall be paved and <br /> permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. <br />
