r , <br /> IIP-92-27 <br /> D. C. MEMO <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> b. A ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip shall be provided <br /> along the frontage of Harlan Road and Roth Road. <br /> C. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises. No spillover beyond the property line <br /> shall be permitted. <br /> d. All truck parts and inoperable trucks shall be directly <br /> related to the operation and shall be kept inside the <br /> shop. <br /> e. A solid masonry wall seven (7) to eight (8) feet in <br /> height shall be erected along the south and east <br /> property lines of APN 193-330-31. <br /> f. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on <br /> the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed <br /> to accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side. <br /> h. One (1) copy of an Improvement Plan shall be submitted <br /> to the Development Services Division . The Improvement <br /> Plan will be distributed to the involved County <br /> departments for approval. The Improvement Plan shall be <br /> prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, showing <br /> drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, grading, <br /> lighting and landscaping. Storm drainage run-off shall <br /> be retained on-site. The drainarA pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. Pond capacity calculations <br /> shall be submitted for approval (see handout entitled <br /> "IMPROVEMENT PLAN" for detailed list of all <br /> requirements) .
