In addition, it is recommended that all drainage from <br /> asphalted and cemented parking and driveway areas be routed through an oil and sand <br /> separator prior to entering the on-site pond <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS: <br /> An Initial Study was prepared for this project on August 31, 1992, and no significant environmental <br /> impacts were identified. On the basis of that review, a Negative Declaration was prepared. In addition, <br /> a Certificate of Fee Exemption with a'De Minimis Impact Finding'has been prepared which indicates that <br /> this project could not have a significant impact on fish and wildlife resources. <br />
