Located on the S. side of Harney Lane, W. of <br /> Tully Road, W. of Lodi. <br /> APPLICANT: Harold M. Sawyer APN: 065-040-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Harney Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The frontage improvement for Harney Lane across the development <br /> portion shall be constructed in conformance with the standards <br /> for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way rural collector road. <br /> The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required <br /> frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a <br /> form to be supplied by the Public Works Department and <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department for approval. As an <br /> option the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing <br /> and estimate for an additional fee of $100. 00. ) <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2143) <br /> 2 .
